RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached and in a saleable state.

Please include a note with your return stating your order number and the reason for return.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit (excluding original delivery charges).
  • Sale items, pre-orders, and purchases made via payment plans: Not eligible for a refund. You may request an exchange or a store credit instead.

Important Information

  • Items remain your responsibility until they arrive with us. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any items returned showing signs of wear, damage, or exposure to odours (e.g. smoke, food, or drink) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
